Iwas disappointed by my stay at your hotel during my holiday. It was not only the facilities available but also the bad service of your hotel employees.
In your brochure, you show that all the hotel's facilities were very good and it was also mentioned that your provided professional service. I found the people next to may room very noisy and the prices in the restourant and bar were extremely expensive.
Finally, i think your hotel employes should have tackled the problems in more polite way as they were very rude when i made complaints.
I feel thet your hotel should consider an appropriate refund because of the bad facilities and the disappointing service thet were providen.

In reply to a compliant letter that to Mrs Dian had sent to us on January 5, 2019, we are from costumer The Manager Garden Palace Hotel would like to thank you for the letter. We also would like to apologize with the inconvenience and lack of service that we provide to you.
We realized that our officer did not do his work professionally, so we sent him to a training coach to develop his skill in responding costumers calls. Also we, assure that situation will never heppen again in the future. We will upgrade our service to be more responsive and responsible.
